We launched our internet store in Spring 2009. Since then, our product line has grown with customers requests and input. Many of the products we have were specially designed by our in-house R&D department.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for, we’ll try to help you out. Please send a picture or drawing and measurements of what you want, and we’ll see if our R&D department can create something for you.
Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality product at a fair price.
* We’ve now watermarked our images, due to other companies/website copying our images and passing them off as their own. We do a lot of research to ensure the decals we sell are the correct size, quality and thickness. Beware of others using our images, claiming to be us or associated with Vinyl Decal Superstore. We do not sell wholesale. If you didn't buy directly from us, we are not responsible for the quality of their product. We stand behind our products.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay for your orders using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. All credit card transactions are handled through our secure payment processing on-line only. You do not have to open a PayPal account to use their secure payment process – click this link for details.
How do I contact you?
We are an internet based store only and do not have a dedicated business phone line. We're happy to answer your questions via email.
How can I track my order?
We are centrally located in middle Tennessee. Most packages are shipped within 24-48 hours after your order is placed. You will get a tracking email once your order ships. To help keep our prices low, we will only contact you via email at the email address you give. Please make sure the email address you give is one that you check often. You can check your order status through the USPS tracking page. Type or copy your tracking number to view the information. It usually takes 2-3 business days to receive your order once it’s been shipped, but may take up to 10 days. Please be patient.
What happened to my order?
First, check your order history to make sure you completed your order and it’s not sitting in your shopping cart.
Something is wrong with my order.
If you receive your order and something isn’t right, please check double check your order history to make sure you ordered what you wanted. Each decal is thoroughly inspected before shipping. If there is a defect when you receive it, please ship it back to us within 7 days and we will cut you another decal. If you received an incorrect item or miss-ordered, please let us know at our Support page.
Why isn't my country/province listed; do you ship internationally?
We ship to all United States addresses, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. For US orders $24.00 or more shipping is free ($5.00 for orders under $24.00). We also ship to Canada ($15.00 fee) and Switzerland ($25.00 fee) at this time. If you need a package mailed to a country not listed, please contact us for availability here.
